Ian down at Bognor is arranging a match (I think) and asked for teams (I think) I know Greg and Pat play cricket but what about the rest of you?

I'll play, could be a bit of laugh. Adam, if you'd been at the 20/20 finals day yesterday I think your view might be a little different.

Depending on day and time i'll be up for it ( bit less runing about involved ) and Adam give it a go you'd be surprized how enjoyable it is

I've only ever played one game of cricket and I was out for a duck (although not golden I might add...) but I'd be up for a match.

If this is considered for next season, I'd be more than happy to play, so long as I get a fair few overs bowling. Wink

If the game in question took place on Sunday 19th April, I'd be available to join in the fun... otherwise, I'll have to pass unfortunately...

I'm now playing cricket over here in France (you'd be astounded how many teams there are out here!) and after two rather leisurely sessions in the regal surroundings of the Domaine des Ormes (about 45 mins drive from Bédée), I am playing my first competitive match in about a decade this Sunday for the local cricket team at my new home pitch.  The backdrop of the Chateau is akin to playing in Cowdray Park in Sussex, and one of the treehouses which overlooks the pitch was the rather weird choice of honeymoon destination of Desperate Housewives' star Eva Longoria and her husband Tony Parker (NBA Basketball player with San Antonio) last year.

Have fun if you do get to have a game in Bognor.  Always loved it down there.  From memory the cricket pitch backs right onto the football ground at Nyewood Lane, so would be a doddle to find.
